Pricing
​ Pricing of nails sets can vary based on shape, length, and design, please confirm with your technician or management on pricing before start the service.
Changes and removals can be added in discretion of our technicians and their appointment schedules/

Total bill above $300, a valid ID need to be verified (Name and ID has to match)
We Have The Right to Refuse Service.
Anyone we suspect carrying a contagious nail infection.

Anyone with an open or infected wound on the treatment area.
​​
Anyone in ill health that we suspect may be carrying a virus or infection, that we fear can be worsened if services are provided.
Anyone being rude, mean, or disrepectful towards our technicians and management.

If you are diabetic, PLEASE inform our technician or management so we can accommodate you with a technician that provide extra care. We will not provide cutting services on diabetic clients.
Refunds & Returns
Charged sales on services are finals. no refunds or exchanges, unless shown proof of duplicate transaction.
We do not offer refunds or credit, once services are completed no price changes will be applied.
We do not offer refunds once transactions are completed.
Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable for cash or to buy or sell. Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable for cash or to buy or sell.
Appointment & Walk-ins
We value our client that schedule appointment in advance.
We provide a 15 mins grace period from your appointment time. We understand certain circumstances can arise that may cause you to run late for your appointment. However after 15 mins we can not guarantee your appointment slot. As always, we will try our hardest to get you seen as soon as possible.
Walk-ins are always welcome. although with limited availability we can not guarantee immediate service. We recommend scheduling an appointment to best fit your schedule and to minimize your wait time. You can call (512)693-8185 and ask front desk for your info.
Fixes & Re-dos
For gel polish and basic polish services, we can only guarantee no-charge fixes up to 3 days after the service was performed.​
For acrylic, Dipping powder, and gel-x services, we can only guarantee no-charge fixes up to 7 days after the service was performed.

If you are dissatisfied with your nails, please mention your concerns as soon as possible to your technician or management on duty, so we can address them in the fastest and most efficient manner possible for both parties.

Once transactions have been completed and no concerns were brought to our attention, we cannot change, replace, or fix your nails without charge if not returned within said time period
Personal Items & Belongings
Please keep track of all your jewelry, shoes, personal items and belongings
